Stem 10-20 cm, scales mostly near base, whitish glandular-pilose with articulate hairs. Calyx 5-sect, whitish glandular-villous, violet; teeth oblong, acuminate or rounded. Corolla to 5 cm. Fl. 6-7. On Achillea and Tanacetum, 1600-2600 m.
