Loosely subadpressed-pubescent, mainly branched from base; stems ascending-erect, 10-40 cm. Stipules lanceolate-acuminate, entire. Leaflets oblong to obovate, denticulate, 7-20 x 3-10 mm. Peduncle 2-6 cm. Flowers 5-15, forming a lax spherical, ovate or oblong raceme. Calyx campanulate, 3-4 mm, tube 1,8-2,2 mm; teeth unequal, two upper teeth lanceolate-acuminate, shorter than tube , three lower teeth lanceolate-triangular about half as long as tube . Corolla yellow, 7-8 mm. Legumes linear, terete, with short adpressed curved hairs, falcate to semicircular, 2-2,5 x 0,15-0,2 cm, indistinctly reticulate-nerved, 4-5-seeded, seed-bearing part 1,5-1,8 cm, tapering into a straight or somewhat curved beak 0,5-0,7 cm. Seeds oblong, 2-2,5 x 1-1,5 mm, finely tubercled. Fl. 4-5. Rocky slopes, Quercus-scrub, steppes, fallow fields, 300-1500 m.
