Erect annual or biennial, 10-40 cm. Leaflets 0,8-2,0 cm, obovate to elliptic with a cuneate base, all sessile. Inflorescence to 2,2 cm wide, ovate at first, becoming cylindrical, 50-70-flowered. Flowers yellow, turning blackish-brown, pedicels shorter than the calyx tube. Calyx glabrous, 2-3 mm, teeth villous. Corolla 4-5 mm, standard folded. Fl. 6-7. Damp places by streams, meadows, 1200-2300 m.
