Erect or ascending annual, 10-50 cm. Leaflets 0,5-1,5 cm, narrowly obovate to oblong or elliptic, the terminal leaflets stalked or sessile. Inflorescence 0,8-1,0 cm, hemispherical to globose, 10-20-flowered, peduncles 4-5 x as long as the subtending leaves. Flowers golden-yellow turning dark brown; pedicels 2-3 mm, erect, becoming deflexed or curved. Calyx glabrous, c. 3 mm. Corolla c. 5 mm, standard folded. Fl. 6-8. Meadows, etc., s.l.-1350 m.
