Shortly adpressed- or spreading-hairy annual up to 120 cm. Leaflets of lower leaves 25-35 x 14-18 mm, obovate, mucronate, hairy on both sides. Racemes 5-10 cm, flowers alternate. Calyx 8-9 mm, both lips shallowly lobed. Corolla 15-16 mm, white to blue. Legume at first villous, later glabrescent, yellow. Seeds 8-14 mm, smooth. FI. 5-6. Disturbed and cultivated ground.
