Annual herb. Stems branching diffusely, up to 15 cm, canescent with large stellate hairs. Leaves oblong-ovate, entire to repand-dentate, canescent. Flowers ± sessile. Petals mauve 3-5 mm. Siliquae spreading, somewhat torulose, sparsely pilose with stellate hairs, 18-25 mm. Style distinct, 0,5 mm. Fl. 4. Sanddunes, near sea level.
South Italy, N.W. Africa, Middle East, east to Afghanistan.
