Erect or decumbent annual, adpressed pubescent. Stems simple or branched from base, 3-20 cm. Leaves 2-3-pinnatisect, 0,5-2 cm, ovate-oblong in outline, lobes oblanceolate, 0,5-1 mm broad, acute. Capitula radiate; peduncles becoming slightly thickened. Involucre 0,5-1 cm broad; inner phyllaries oblong, obtuse or acute, scarious-margined. Receptacle becoming conical; paleae ovate-lanceolate, acute. Ray flowers 10-15, ligules 0,5-1 cm, pinkish-mauve. Disc corollas scarcely inflated at base. Achenes obconical, c. 1,75-2,25 mm, finely ribbed, coronate or auriculate. Fl. 3-6. Limestone rocks and slopes. 50-1770 m.
