Adpressed-pubescent, branched from base; stems prostrate, 3-15 cm. Stipules semisagittate, mainly dentate to incised. Leaflets broadly obovate-cuneate, denticulate in the upper half, 5-13 x4-10 mm. Peduncle nearly 0. Flowers 6-18, densely capitate in the leaf-axils. Calyx campanulate, 2,5-3 mm; teeth lanceolate-subulate, slightly longer than tube. Corolla yellow, 4 mm. Legumes linear, deflexed, stellate-spreading, slightly compressed, somewhat curved, 7-20x 1-1,5 mm, hairy or glabrous, obliquely reticulate-netted. Seeds numerous, rhomboid-ovate, 1,5 mm, tubercled. Fl. 3-6. Stony slopes, Quercus scrub, Pine forests, fallow fields, sand dunes, s.l.-1500 m.
