Slender papillate or crisped-hairy perennial, 15-30 cm. Basal leaves up to 10 cm long, with a conspicuous sheath, 3-4-pinnate with c. 3 pairs of primary segments; lobes 2-4 x0,5-1,5 mm. Bracts and bracteoles subulate, usually caducous. Fruiting umbels 5-11-rayed. Sepals obsolete. Petals yellow, glabrous. Fruit pyriform, 12-17 x 6-8 mm; wings 2-4 mm wide above, decreasing in width towards the base, straight to slightly undulate with an entire or crenate margin; mesocarp continuous with vascular bundles evenly scattered in a layer parallel to the seed in the outer part of the mesocarp. Fl. 5-7. Rocky slopes, etc., 850-2000m.
