Puberulent-pruinose perennial with slender stems up to 45 cm. Basal leaves simple, long-petiolate, lamina suborbicular, 18-25 mm long, base cuneate, sharply serrate with 12-16 teeth. Cauline leaves very reduced or absent. Umbels 2-4-rayed; bracts and bracteoles absent. Flowers yellow; petals hairy on back. Immature fruit oblong, sparsely hairy; stylopodium mamillate. Fl. 6-7. Alt. 900-1500m.
