Glaucous perennial. Stem terete, superficially sulcate, 25-50 cm. Leaves 3-4-pinnate, triangular-ovate in outline, 7-14 x 4-8 cm, densely puberulent, ultimate segments 1-2-pinnatisect; lobes oblong, 1-3 x 0,5-1 mm, obtuse. Sheaths linear, up to 7 cm long, membranous, subamplexicaul, glabrous or puberulent. Inflorescence paniculate-corymbose, all umbels proliferating, rays 1-8, 2-4 cm; umbel lules 7-14-flowered, flowering pedicels 8-12 mm. Mericarps unknown , dorsal vittae solitary per vallecula, commissural 2. Fl. 5-7. Salty steppe, fallow fields, c. 900-1000 m.
