Glabrous glaucous perennial. Stem terete, finely sulcate, up to 200 cm tall. Leaves 6-7-pinnate, triangular-ovate in outline, 30-40 x 20-25 cm, glabrous; ultimate segments setaceous-filiform,5-15 mm. Sheaths broadly inflated, coriaceous, ovate, acuminate, glaucescent. Inflorescence paniculate-corymbose, central umbels long-peduncled ; umbellules 10-12-flowered, pedicels 10-14 mm long; bracteoles 6-7, linear-lanceolate. Sepals minute, triangular-subulate. Mericarps unknown, ovary with 3 dorsal vittae per vallecula, commissural 6. Fl. 6. Mountain slopes, c. 1000 m.
Endemic to W. Anatolia and only known from the type gatherings. E. Medit. element.
